SUSTAINABILITY

At Palomas, we design high quality swimwear that will give life back to nature.

Our Signature Loop

PALOMAS’ signature loops are made entirely of discarded plastic bottle caps that would otherwise end up in our beloved seas and beaches. The production of each of our swimwear can help reduce plastic waste up to 33 bottle caps at a time. Our upcycling process transforms plastic pollution into a statement piece that fully reflects our brand ethos.

Production Process

PALOMAS aspires to be a zero waste design house. We ensure that every step of our production process minimizes fabric waste from pattern making to cutting. We aim to utilize all leftovers from our production by transforming them into valuable accessories or further recycle them back into the supply chain.

Textile Sourcing

At the moment we are only using deadstock fabrics that are of superior quality for our products. Deadstock fabrics are leftover fabrics from other fashion houses that would eventually end up in landfills. Through our meticulous textile sourcing, we turn these fabrics into ravishing swimwear.

Sustainable Packaging

Our packaging is made of 100% high quality eco-friendly materials to reduce impact on the environment. For hygienic reasons, we use sanitary pads that are made from KRAFT PAPER instead of plastic to be more sustainable. We avoid using labels and hangtags due to their wasteful nature of being there just to be cut and thrown away.
